Administrative Assistant II – General Assistant
Location: Ovid, NY
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview:
Kelly Services is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant II – General Assistant to support daily business operations. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a variety of administrative and support tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up and distribute mail as needed
Answer and make phone calls in a professional manner
Assist with organizing schedules and planning daily tasks
Provide general administrative support across departments
Perform light local driving for errands or business-related needs
Maintain organization and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Dependable, self-motivated, and proactive
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information
