Administrative Assistant II – General Assistant

Location: Ovid, NY

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:

Kelly Services is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant II – General Assistant to support daily business operations. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a variety of administrative and support tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick up and distribute mail as needed

  • Answer and make phone calls in a professional manner

  • Assist with organizing schedules and planning daily tasks

  • Provide general administrative support across departments

  • Perform light local driving for errands or business-related needs

  • Maintain organization and ensure tasks are completed efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

  • Dependable, self-motivated, and proactive

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information
