  • Monitor installation progress, proactively identify risks and issues, and provide regular status reports and escalation as needed to the Project Manager.

  • Ensure all installation activities comply with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory standards at each site.

  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the installation teams.

  • Travel extensively to installation sites across the United States to supervise work, conduct surveys, and support testing and handover activities.

Essential Skills

  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for interaction with customers, engineering teams, project management, and field staff.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure and in dynamic field conditions.

  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the United States for site surveys, installation oversight, and testing activities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
