Description
Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst on behalf of a valued client—a large, dynamic organization with multiple business entities. This position offers the opportunity to join an established finance team and contribute to high-impact projects supporting organizational growth and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the preparation, analysis, and consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
Develop and enhance financial reporting tools, dashboards, and processes to provide actionable insights to senior management.
Analyze complex revenue streams and billing transactions, ensuring the correct recognition and reporting of revenue across the organization.
Assist in the implementation of new accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies, partnering with billing and revenue teams to ensure alignment.
Support audits and ad hoc reporting requirements from leadership and external parties.
Mentor junior team members and promote continuous improvement within the reporting function.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or relevant certification preferred.
5+ years’ experience in financial reporting or accounting, preferably within a large, multi-entity environment.
Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and billing processes.
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems and financial reporting platforms.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
