Our client, the UX design team of a global CPG company, is looking for a part-time Project Manager with experience in design systems and design rebrands to join their team for a 2-3 month project sprint.

This role will be about 25-30 hours per week and the ideal candidate will be able to work onsite at least a couple days per week in Overland Park. The team works onsite Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

In this role, the Project Manager will be supporting a high priority project: applying a rebrand to existing digital design systems. You\'ll be responsible for:

- setting up, updating and managing project progress with SmartSheets\ - understanding project scopes and creating milestones\ - conducting stand up and status meetings\ - ensuring team is delivering on tasks\ - anticipating roadblocks and taking steps to mitigate them\ - interfacing and communicating status updates to team and leadership

Requirements include:

- deep experience project managing creative and digital projects, with specific experience in design systems\ - understanding of design systems, Figma, UI and visual design\ - top notch communication and organization skills\ - proven experience managing high visibility projects\ - experience working in SmartSheets\ - ability to work onsite a few days per week a major plus!

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
