Ultimate LLC is a fast-growing construction staffing company headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, supporting commercial and industrial projects across the United States.
We are doubling in size year over year and have done so three years in a row . The demand for skilled construction manpower is exploding nationwide, and to meet that demand, we are aggressively expanding our recruiting team.
This internship is designed to build the next generation of top recruiters or sales reps at Ultimate .
The Opportunity
This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone with little to no experience who wants to break into recruiting, sales, or staffing.
You will go through a structured 3 month training program designed to teach you:
Construction recruiting fundamentals
Construction Sales
Candidate sourcing & interviewing
CRM and recruiting systems
How to manage and place skilled trades professionals nationwide
At the end of the program, top performers will be selected and promoted into a full-time Recruiter or Sales role , with a clear path toward Senior Recruiter Or Sale Rep .

What You’ll Learn & Do
Learn how to recruit skilled construction trades (electricians, carpenters, millwrights, etc.)
Source, screen, and interview candidates
Work inside our CRM and recruiting systems
Sales 101
Assist senior recruiters with live job orders and placements
Communicate with candidates and clients daily
Support multiple departments to understand the full business
Learn how staffing companies scale at a national level
This is a hands-on role — you will not be “getting coffee.”

Requirements
Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage tasks and follow through
College students or recent graduates welcome (not required)
