We leverage digital technologies such as GenAI and Agentic SI solutions, automation, Internet of Things, analytics, and cloud, in combination with a fundamental redesign of the scientific user experience to help our clients better capture, manage, integrate, and analyze complex scientific data. We help improve the research, development, and manufacturing of new products, improve quality, ensure compliance, reduce time to market and improve operational efficiency.

What would you do?
Team members typically work on one project at any given point in time, often as part of a larger core team. As a Consultant, you can expect to:
Apply management consulting and design-thinking techniques as you work on the fundamental redesign of the scientific user experience
Help shape client’s transformation vision, focus areas, and journey from the current state to a “to-be” enterprise environment
Reimagine, plan and execute on how AI reshapes the laboratory landscape
Redesign processes and operating models to enable new ways of working with data-driven business cases
Provide point-of-view on laboratory and scientific informatics solutions to deliver on transformational goals along with strengths and weaknesses of various technology solutions.
Create digital laboratory thought leadership for clients across Life Sciences.
Collaborate with client leaders to ensure buy-in to recommended solutions.
Oversee, design, and implement digital solutions such as Agentic Lab Capabilities, Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN), Chromatography Data Systems (CDS), Scientific Data Management Systems (SDMS), Internet of Things (IoT), and cloud
Help clients better capture, handle, integrate and analyze complex scientific data
Who do we need - Basic Qualifications:
3+ Years of experience working in the field of scientific and laboratory informatics, within R&D and/or QC Manufacturing spaces
Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Microbiology) or Computer Science or Engineering (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering)
Travel - candidates must be willing to travel up to 50% to client location
