We areseekinga dynamic and data-drivenSeniorGrowth Marketing Manager to own and drive our demand generation programs, ensuring measurable growth across the entire customer lifecycle from acquisition to expansion. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on program management, focusing on audience segmentation, funnel optimization, and multi-channel marketing execution to deliver scalable results. The ideal candidate thrives on experimentation, leverages analytics to inform decisions, and collaborates across teams to achieve revenue growth goals.
What you will do:
Program Ownership
Serve as the owner and go-to person for demand generation program themes, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Own cross-platform growth initiatives across SAM+, Digital Commerce (eCommerce)andATC
Support platform adoption strategies in partnership with SMEs and business leaders
Strategic Planning
Develop and execute audience segmentation strategies, ensuring targeted and personalized marketing initiatives
Develop segmentation strategies aligned to platform lifecycle stages (onboarding, activation, and expansion)
Content Alignment
- Collaborate with the content team to outline content blueprint needs across the customer journey (awareness topurchase)
Funnel Optimization
- Manage the customer funnel, from target account lists (TAL) to engagement, leads, and opportunities, ensuring consistent progress and performance
Performance Management
Regular reporting and ownership on program goals, including program reputation-building, conversion rates, customer acquisition, expansion targets, and digital sales
Define measurement frameworks and success metrics for growth initiatives
Deliver recurring performance readouts and executive-facing updates
Program Alignment
- Coordinate with solution marketing and partner teams toestablishprogram-level goals, lead with Softchoice solutions, manage vendor alignment to programs, and oversee partner-driven initiatives (with operational support for MDF management)
Experimentation and Innovation
Design and execute tests toidentifyscalable tactics for customer acquisition and retention,optimizingcampaigns based on performance
Define andmaintaina prioritized experimentation backlog
Lead agile marketing testing design, execution, and scaling across channels and platforms
Secure cross-functional stakeholder alignment for testing initiatives
Build reusable playbooks and apply learnings across solutions and programs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with execution teams (events, SEO, paid media, content) to align marketing activities and amplify impact
Partner with platform, analytics, and business teams to align growth priorities
Facilitate alignment forums and testing readouts across ATC, SAM+, and Digital Commerce stakeholders
Data-Driven Insights
Track, analyze, and report on program results,providingactionable insights to stakeholders at all levels (internal and partner-facing)
Own cohort definitions and progression tracking across the customer lifecycle
Build andmaintainproduct and behavioral analytics dashboards (e.g., Amplitude)
Validate marketing and platform data integrity and reporting accuracy
Translate analytics into actionable recommendations and performance storytelling for leadership
Project Management
- Assign execution tasks to team members,maintaintimelines, and ensure seamless program delivery
What you'll bring to the table:
Experience:5–7+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a related role in a B2B environment
Data-Driven Mindset:Proficiencyin analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, etc.) anda track recordof making data-informed decisions
Full-Funnel Expertise:Strong understanding of the customer journey and the ability tooptimizemarketing activities across all stages
Collaboration Skills:Demonstratedsuccess working cross-functionally with content, design, and execution teams
Project Management:Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines
Tech Savvy:Familiarity with marketing platforms (ABM tools such as ZoomInfo, marketing automation tools such as Eloqua,Salesforce Marketing Cloud,etc.)
Experience with product or behavioral analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude) and experimentation frameworks preferred
Strategic Thinking:Proven ability to define strategies that align with businessobjectivesand drive measurable growth
Results-Oriented:A passion for experimentation, testing, and iterating to find what works
Compensation:
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position in $91,000 - $114,000 annually.
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, education, and related certification. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
