Skilled Labourer

We’re looking for a dependable, safety‑focused Skilled Labourer to support our Langley operations and help keep our modular buildings in top shape. In this role, you’ll work on a variety of office units, construction trailers, and modular structures , ensuring they’re clean, functional, and ready for their next customer deployment. If you enjoy physical, varied, fast-paced work—and take pride in doing the job right—this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities
Perform general labor duties such as cleaning, painting, and general repairs.
Replace floor tiles and conduct other minor repairs.
Load and unload stairs, furniture, and other items as needed.
Assist with organizing materials and working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Operate a counterbalance forklift; certification can be provided.
Assist with picking and packing material orders.
Collaborate effectively with team members.
Essential Skills
3-5 years of experience in construction, including carpentry, drywall, flooring, and cabinetry.
Proficient use of hand and power tools.
Reliable transportation.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work outdoors and lift 50 lbs.
Willing to submit background check
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Forklift certification or experience is a plus.
Experience with modular buildings is beneficial.

Work Environment & Schedule
This position involves a mix of indoor and outdoor work. While most repairs are completed indoors, technicians regularly move throughout the yard to access different modular units. You will work alongside three other service technicians in a team-oriented setting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
