Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Paralegal to join our team, primarily supporting our estate planning and 

estate administration practice areas. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, 

personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of 

attorney, and related materials.

• Support estate and trust administration tasks, including gathering asset information, 

preparing inventories and accountings, and communicating with financial institutions.

• Draft correspondence, legal documents, and forms with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Organize and maintain client files (digital and physical).

• Interact with clients in a professional, compassionate, and supportive manner.

• Coordinate and schedule client meetings, document signings, and follow-ups.

• Conduct basic legal and factual research as needed.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and firm information.

• Other administrative and paralegal duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior paralegal experience preferred; experience in estate planning or probate is a strong 

plus.

• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, staff, and 

clients.

• Demonstrated responsibility, dependability, and sound judgment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
