Aperçu du poste :
Rôle clé au cœur des opérations , vous accompagnez les équipes Installation et Services dans l’amélioration de la performance opérationnelle et de la satisfaction client, en étroite collaboration avec les directeurs opérationnels en région.
Présent(e) sur le terrain, vous pilotez les indicateurs de performance, animez les démarches d’amélioration continue et contribuez directement à la qualité de service délivrée aux clients.
Vos missions principales
Pilotage de la performance & amélioration continue
Accompagner les Operating Areas dans l’analyse des KPI opérationnels et qualité
Identifier les leviers d’amélioration et co‑construire des plans d’actions concrets avec les équipes terrain
Sensibiliser et challenger les directeurs opérationnels sur les axes de progrès
Assurer une présence régulière en agence (environ 1 à 2 jours par semaine)
Qualité opérationnelle & satisfaction client
Déployer les initiatives d’amélioration de la satisfaction client en lien avec Customer Experience EMEA
Préparer et animer les Comités Qualité locaux (analyse des résultats, suivi des plans d’actions)
Mesurer l’impact des actions mises en place sur la performance terrain et l’expérience client
Référent qualité & conformité (ISO / réglementation)
Assurer le maintien de la certification ISO 9001 et de la Directive Ascenseurs (Module H)
Réaliser et piloter les audits process et audits CE
Accompagner les équipes dans la levée des écarts et la préparation des audits externes
Profil recherché
Formation Bac+5 ou expérience équivalente
Expérience confirmée dans un environnement opérationnel, services, maintenance ou multisites
À l’aise dans un rôle transverse, au contact de profils opérationnels et managériaux
Capacité à analyser des KPI, à piloter des plans d’actions et à fédérer sans management hiérarchique
Anglais professionnel
Mobilité nationale ponctuelle (1 à 2 jours / semaine)
