Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth of our Industry business Unit. The ideal candidate has strong O&G networks, a solid understanding of inspection requirements and standards, and proven success in building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s inspection service portfolio

  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive positioning.

Client Acquisition & Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, O&G asset owners, contractors, and manufacturers.

  • Lead full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, preparing proposals, tender submissions, negotiations, and closing.

Commercial Coordination

  • Work closely with technical teams to develop accurate scopes, pricing, and resource plans.

  • Review contracts to ensure risk, compliance, and margins are well managed.

Marketing & Partnerships

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.

  • Develop Strategic partnerships.

Reporting

  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence reports to management.

  • Track performance against KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years sales/business development experience in TIC/Oil & Gas/Engineering services.

  • Understanding of inspection workflows.

  • Existing network in O&G companies, EPCs, or procurement teams will be an advantage.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Able to work independently.
