What Success Looks Like Put your welding skills to work operating MIG (and occasional TIG) equipment to create strong, high-quality components. Read and interpret blueprints and tape measures with precision (down to 1/32\") to assemble structural parts that fit right the first time. Confidently stitch sheet metal and weld water-tight tanks that meet exacting standards. Position weld-ons and beam pads accurately, knowing the details make all the difference. Use a variety of shop tools-including grinders, drills, shears, and plasma cutters-to bring designs to life. Take pride in your craftsmanship by performing quality checks and delivering work you\'re proud to put your name on.
