Foster strong relationships with distribution partners and business unit managers to support long-term success. Qualifications That Shine Bachelor\'s degree in a related field. Minimum of 3 years\' experience in a supervisory or management role. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within an OEM environment. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team to consistently achieve business objectives. Strong market awareness with the ability to monitor competitiveness and set effective pricing and value propositions. Skilled in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with distributors and business unit managers.
