JOB REQUIREMENTS: Building More Than Products-Building Trust As an Assembler, you\'re the hands-on builder who brings custom products to life. From reading blueprints to using a variety of tools and equipment, you\'ll assemble and fit components with precision to ensure every product meets quality and performance standards. Working alongside your team, you\'ll help turn raw materials into finished systems that support customers across a wide range of industries. Confidently read blueprints and electrical schematics to complete assemblies and wiring that meet exact specifications. Double-check your work by verifying prints, schematics, and documentation to ensure everything is correct before moving forward. Safely operate shop equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes, and jib cranes to move materials and support the build process. Use a variety of tools-including drills, saws, nail guns, and air-powered equipment-to package and prepare products for shipment. Support custom builds by assembling piping systems and occasionally performing basic welding as needed. Work closely with your team to keep production moving efficiently while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
