WHAT YOU GET TO DO Manage and provide guidance to the quality lab staff. Responsible for the management of the day to day activities in the quality lab. In-depth investigation and problem solving on internal and external complaints. Initiate and supervise waste/scrap reduction projects. Initiate and supervise cost savings projects. Generate reports and presentations to be used for process improvement or cost justifications. Assist with resolving internal and external issues during trials. Support Customer-driven initiatives. Participate in external audits (customer and 3rd party audit facilities (FSSC 22000, IMS, etc).
