We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Program Development and Student Support Coordinator for our online programs in Leadership, Aviation, and Fire, Emergency & Rescue Management. In this role, you will provide outreach to prospective students, educational partners, community partners, and professional organizations. You will also collaborate with academic program directors, advisors, and admissions staff to onboard and support students, including advising related to degree plans and articulation agreements. A key part of the role involves managing the day-to-day operations of these programs, including course scheduling, enrollment tracking,and managingcurricular updates. The Program Development and Student Support Coordinator will play a key role in strategic program growth and development. This work includes recruitment presence at regional and national conferences related to Fire and Emergency Management; coordination of marketingoutreach to prospective students; and relationship building with professional organizations.
