Job Description:
In this role you will get to help adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities live their best lives. You will get to:
- Supervise and assist your staff as they help folks with their basic daily living skills like cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, and taking medications.
- Insure a safe, clean and orderly environment in our clients homes that they (and you) can feel proud of.
- Help ensure our clients are receiving the best care possible by attending their team meetings and helping to update their support plans.
- Assist the Department Director in managing all the proper documentation (fire/tornado drills, house inspections, med administration, attendance records, etc.).
- Train and coach your staff into becoming the best possible caregivers that they can be.
- Brighten peoples lives by helping the schedulers ensure that their houses are always properly staffed.
