Amazon Program Manager, IWP UTR Planning, BR Trans Execution in Osasco, Brazil

Description

We are seeking a Program Manager for the Trans Execution BR team to drive strategic

programs and optimize UTR Short Term Capacity Planning across Brazil. Thriving in

an environment of high ambiguity, you will Think Big and Invent and Simplify

processes to boost productivity at AMZL delivery stations. By analyzing labor plans

and execution gaps based on volume fluctuations, you will make high-impact, data-

driven decisions. Cultivating strong relationships with cross-functional peers across

Operations and ACES will be essential to align our network for future growth. The

Key job responsibilities

In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance,

Operations, and BI to transform volume inputs into precise, cost-optimal route and

labor plans on a daily cadence. You will lead the localization of Short Term - UTR

Planning in Brazil, managing multiple complex projects while seamlessly bridging

gaps between systems, processes, and teams.

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Turn volume forecasts into actionable, cost-

optimal labor, driving continuous improvement and reporting results to the

business.

  • Program Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Short Term

UTR (“under the roof”) Planning processes in Brazil, successfully adapting

global best practices to the local context.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with

internal partners (Supply Chain, Ops, Finance, and BI), negotiating and

influencing stakeholders to build analytical solutions that achieve business

objectives.

  • Risk & Constraint Management: Proactively identify and mitigate business

risks. Deeply understand and navigate automation limitations, scaling factors,

and technological constraints to guide leadership decisions.

  • Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, influencing, negotiating,

and communicating with internal business partners

  • Collaborate with BI analysts and engineers on planning and analysis to build

analytical solutions that achieve business objectives

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience previously in program or project management

  • Knowledge of BI analytics, reporting or visualization tools like Tableau, AWS QuickSight, Cognos or other third-party tools

  • Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, or experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company

  • Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions

  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent

  • Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or equivalent

  • Experience building and managing a team or department within a startup or entrepreneurial setting, particularly one with both proprietary and contract resources
