ITW Night Shift Team Lead Sheet Shop in Orting, Washington
Job Description:
Working lead/programmer/scheduler
Night Shift Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 11:30pm (Lunches Paid)
Candidate must demonstrate the following skills:
Journeyman level on all sheet metal equipment
Press brakes
Folding brakes
Lasers
Shear
Effective 1st article inspection
Understanding of bend allowance, tonnage capacity, tooling specs etc.
Strong written and verbal skills
Computer and phone skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong mentoring skills
Understanding and support of all safety and company policies
Be able to learn programming software for all lasers and press brakes and will use daily
Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
Scheduling and programming all laser and punch jobs
Supervising all press brake and shear work
Training
Operating machines
Physical Demands:
Frequent to Continuous : Standing up to 10hrs/day, walking, twisting, turning, bending, and reaching.
Occasional to Frequent: Ability to lift to 50lbs and work with arms extended at shoulder level or above
Occasional: Sitting , pushing, and pulling, working from a kneeling position
Good mechanical aptitude a must. Must be able to work in a team environment and show strong leadership abilities and the ability to schedule. Good attendance and ability to work safely are necessary.
Compensation Information:
$37.46 Hourly
