Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Technician (PT Tech) to join our healthcare team in Tucson, United States. As a PT Tech, you will play a crucial role in supporting our physical therapists and ensuring the best possible care for our patients.
Prepare treatment areas and set up necessary equipment for therapy sessions
Administer hot and cold packs and other modalities as directed by physical therapists
Guide patients through prescribed exercises and monitor their progress
Maintain and clean therapy equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
Assist patients with mobility and transfers as needed
Perform clerical duties such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient clinic operations
Provide a positive and supportive environment for patients during their rehabilitation journey
Qualifications
Strong work ethic and a responsible attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Genuine interest in helping people and a caring, empathetic nature
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
Basic knowledge of physical therapy techniques and equipment
Ability to follow instructions accurately and adhere to safety protocols

Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and clinic schedules
