Compensation: $58-62.00/hr
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid - minimum of 2 days/week
Join our team as a Global Project Manager and play a pivotal role in driving innovative solutions within the diagnostics and personalized healthcare space. In this dynamic position, you will lead cross?functional projects from concept through completion, ensuring efficient planning, coordination, and delivery across a diverse portfolio. Leveraging your expertise in regulated environments and diagnostic product development, you will guide teams through integrated project planning, risk management, and Agile methodologies to bring impactful Companion Diagnostics (CDx) products to life.
Responsibilities
Lead all project management aspects of various projects from simple to complex, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Develop and direct detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, spending, resource plans, and status reports.
Translate and drive projects into products, enabling the organization to respond quickly to changing business needs across the portfolio.
Manage project/program/product structures for Companion Diagnostics (CDx) development and product care activities, including communication, timelines, resource and budget plans, progress, and risk management.
Create, coordinate, and maintain integrated project plans with dependencies, resources, and budgets to promote efficient team work.
Ensure quality project implementation in areas such as risk management, critical path analysis, scenario creation, budgeting, and robust planning.
Proactively manage and drive integrated project plans, including guiding milestone preparations, capacity reviews, and project methodology application.
Establish, measure, and report KPIs, OKRs, or OBPs for projects to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing holistic planning, risk management, and scenario analysis to ensure optimized value delivery.
Serve as a single point of contact for project and program data, and lead project team meetings to foster knowledge sharing.
Identify project risks, potential delays, and gaps, challenging assumptions and proposing corrective actions.
Support decision-making by managing project team information and providing high-level planning data for portfolio decisions.
Lead Agile practices within projects where applicable, including coaching teams on methodologies and practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Life Sciences field.
4 years of experience in project management, engineering, or business within the diagnostic, medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry leading product development and product care projects.
At least one year in clinical biomarker or In Vitro Diagnostic development, companion diagnostic development, analytical and clinical validations, regulatory submissions, instrument/system development, or program management.
One year of experience in a regulated industry such as FDA 21 CFR part 820, ISO 13485, or ISO 9001.
