Job Title: Picker and Packer
Job Description
This role focuses on accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders in a high-volume, temperature-controlled warehouse that supports direct-to-consumer and ecommerce deliveries. You will work with RF scanners and pick sheets to build orders with 100% accuracy, while maintaining safety and productivity standards in a refrigerated environment.
Responsibilities
Select and pick customer orders using RF scanners, pick sheets, or voice-directed systems to ensure 100% order accuracy.
Verify product details, including item, quantity, lot numbers, and condition before packing to meet customer and quality standards.
Pack, palletize, and wrap orders according to company guidelines to ensure safe and secure transport.
Build and stage orders based on pull sheets and order instructions for efficient outbound processing.
Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), equipment operation rules, and food-safety guidelines.
Assist with inventory activities such as cycle counts, stock rotation, and replenishment to keep inventory accurate and organized.
Support shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading, staging, and preparing products for outbound shipments as needed.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to support warehouse efficiency and a safe working environment.
Meet or exceed daily performance standards for productivity, accuracy, and quality in a cold-storage warehouse setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ormond Beach, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
