Disrupt Ventures Training & Workforce Development Coordinator in Orlando, Florida
Position SummaryThe Training & Workforce Development Coordinator supports the buildout and maintenance of franchise training systems, onboarding processes, and operational compliance documentation across Disrupt Ventures’ multi-state franchise network. This role works directly with the Founder/CEO and franchisee partners to ensure consistent service delivery standards, workforce readiness, and adherence to brand operating procedures across all active territories. Key Responsibilities • Develop, organize, and maintain franchise operations manuals, standard operating procedures, and training curricula for three trade verticals (tailoring, shoe repair, upholstery). • Coordinate onboarding processes for new franchisees, including training scheduling, materials preparation, and progress tracking. • Monitor multi-state operational compliance by tracking franchisee adherence to brand standards, documenting performance benchmarks, and flagging deviations for corrective action. • Adapt training materials and compliance frameworks for new market entries as the franchise network expands to additional states. • Liaise with vendor and supply chain partners to ensure franchisee access to approved materials, equipment, and service tools. • Track workforce development metrics including training completion rates, skill certification progress, and franchisee staffing levels across all operating locations. • Contribute to continuous improvement of training programs based on franchisee feedback, operational data, and evolving trade standards. • Support documentation of workforce training outcomes for internal reporting and institutional partnership development.About the CompanyDisrupt Ventures LLC develops and licenses franchise systems for skilled repair trades — garment tailoring, shoe repair, and upholstery restoration — operating under three proprietary brands (Mr. Tailor, Mr. Cobbler, Mr. Sofa).
