Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is seeking a STRUCTURAL ENGINEER with 4 to 8 years of experience for our office in Orlando, Florida. Join a growing structural team working on a dynamic mix of wireless/telecommunications and traditional structural projects. This role offers the chance to design and analyze towers, rooftops, water tanks, foundations, and antenna mounts—while also contributing to retaining walls, bridges, and other structural work. You'll collaborate with a strong technical team, own your projects, and build toward Engineer of Record responsibilities.
What You'll Do
Design and analyze wireless structures (towers, rooftops, mounts, foundations) and select non-wireless structures
Prepare technical reports, calculations, and construction drawings
Perform structural modeling and CAD drafting
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to implement design solutions
Review/redline work and mentor junior staff
Conduct occasional site visits for inspections and field mapping
What We're Looking For:
B.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering (M.S. preferred)
4–8 years of structural design experience (wireless/telecom a plus)
EIT required; PE or PE-track preferred
Experience designing with steel, concrete, and wood
Proficiency with RISA Suite (RISA-3D, Foundation, Connection)
Familiarity with tnxTower, Enercalc, L-Pile, Excel, and AutoCAD
Strong communication skills and a desire to grow into Engineer of Record responsibilities
