JOB SUMMARY:
The Digital & Technology team is focused on driving Guest and Team Member experiences to evolve and enhance the Guest and Team Member experience across Universal Destinations & Experiences: Universal Orlando, Universal Studios Hollywood, Universal Studios Japan, New Ventures and Virtual Destinations. The Integration Specialist will play a pivotal role supporting the daily operations support and integration efforts for the Team Members across the Digital & Technology Team.
The Integration Specialist serves as a central resource for project coordination, onboarding, and division specific learning & development. This role ensures Team Members are equipped with the tools, information, and support needed to succeed by providing support and governance surrounding setup, space planning, and D&T orientation for the division. Additionally, the Integration Specialist partners with leadership to enhance Team Member experience through culture-building initiatives, efforts, and continuous development support.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and govern divisional office coordination, responsible for aligning tools, resources, and operational information to support team productivity.
Lead space planning initiatives across the division and act as the primary liaison for company communications impacting Team Member workspaces (e.g., Hurricane Support, Safety, EHS).
Partner with D&T HR Business Partner team to facilitate direct distribution of recognition programs at both the Company and Division levels.
Govern the division’s SharePoint site to support departmental needs, drive effective communication and provide consistent messaging division-wide.
Serve as the Digital & Technology liaison between HR, Integration, and Leadership teams to streamline processes and provide timely updates on department led education programs.
Provide governance of existing programs supporting new hires and ensure consistent support for division specific Team Member development.
Develop, standardize and provide governance of departmental specific onboarding and orientation plans, providing ongoing support post-launch.
Support division-wide TSAT (Team Member Satisfaction) initiatives, including planning and execution.
Collaborate with the Sr. Manager, Communication & Integration to support Back of House culture efforts, including management of Poppulo screens, division signage, and other engagement tools.
Will serve as a project coordinator to support division special projects (e.g., vendor communications, summer event and HHN assistance, and translation services) as needed.
Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
2+ years’ experience in a support role and/or training is required;
or equivalent combination of education and experience.
