Disney Experiences Technology & Digital (DXT) is the dynamic force behind the technical solutions that power the Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. We're seeking a passionate Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Digital Lodging product team. In this role, you'll lead the delivery of groundbreaking initiatives that will revolutionize how consumers book experiences at our worldwide parks and resorts.

This role is a project hire with an end date of 1/1/2028 with no guarantee of permanent placement. This role is in person in Orlando , FL
Responsibilities:
Shape the strategy: Lead the product vision and roadmap execution throughout the entire product delivery process.
Create clarity: Leadrequirement gathering, user story creation, prioritization, and execution with cross-functional teams, ensuring consistent communication with peers, businessstakeholdersand leadership.
Define success: Define andmonitorkey performance metrics to track product performance whileidentifyingareas for optimization that drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Build relationships: Develop andmaintainstrong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional collaborators, including product,engineeringand creative services.
Deliver excellence: Collaborate with Engineering and QA todeliver productreleases and updates, ensuringtimelyand smooth deployment.
Think proactively:Identifypotential risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to project timelines or deliverables.
Lead communication: Serve as a passionate advocate for your product(s), internally and externally, while educating stakeholders and customers about product features, benefits, and value propositions.
Look beyond: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Qualifications:
5+ years of product management experience, with digital software developmentexperience.
Minimum four-year college degree inTechnology,Businessor related field.
Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products by recognizing customer needs, creating a vision, building roadmaps,identifyingsuccess measurements, and executing excellence with peers.
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate product discovery, decisionmakingand execution.
Ability to translate customer and business needs through requirements and user stories.
Experience leading cross-functional teams within an agile, collaborative environment.
Strong communicator with proven ability to bring clarity and direction through written and verbal communication skills.
Data and hypothesis-driven aptitude, with the ability to flex business and technical thinking.
Ability to manage and update user‑facing digital experiences using enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with consumer-facing services.
Experience within hospitality and/or technology industries.
Experience with Content Management Systems.
Experienced in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
Familiarity with design principles and best practices.
Familiarity with DevOps and test automation principles.
