Job Description
Build and maintain backend services and APIs supporting customer-facing digital experiences
Integrate backend services with Sitecore-driven experiences, enabling content-driven and configurable experiences across the platform
Design stable API contracts with clear versioning, backward compatibility, and predictable behavior
Build cloud-native services on Azure or other major cloud platforms, with attention to observability, resiliency, and performance
Drive technical design discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement of development practices
Own quality end-to-end through automated testing and the right level of code coverage
Use modern AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity, code quality, and developer velocity

Skills and Requirements
4+ years of hands‑on development experience in C#/.NET, including building secure REST APIs, dependency injection, asynchronous programming, validation, and authentication/authorization patterns
Production experience building backend services with Node.js, including API frameworks and asynchronous, event‑driven service behavior
Experience supporting CMS‑driven web platforms through backend services, integrations, and modern content delivery patterns
Proven experience working with high‑traffic, consumer‑facing platforms, with a strong understanding of scalability, performance tuning, and production readiness
Hands‑on experience with headless or hybrid CMS platforms, such as Sitecore, Contentful, or similar composable architectures
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain automated test coverage, including unit tests and integration/API tests for critical workflows
Strong proficiency with testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, MSTest, or Jest, along with mocking frameworks like Moq
Cloud‑native development experience on Azure, AWS, or GCP, including deployments, environment configuration, and secrets management - Hands-on experience working with ASP.NET
Prior experience working with Sitecore, including content‑driven and headless implementations
Hands‑on experience with Optimizely, particularly for experimentation, personalization, or conversion optimization
