Job Description:
Develops and executes comprehensive communications strategies to support business priorities and goals. Creates engaging content across multiple platforms, including email, intranet, social media, and digital displays. Collaborates with leadership, Human Resources, and other departments to develop and implement culture-building events and activities. Proactively develops dynamic stories and multimedia content showcasing team members and organizational achievements. Supports leaders with the development of presentations, talking points, and other communication materials. Coordinates and staffs events such as town halls, award ceremonies, and training sessions. Engages with team members to understand their needs and foster a collaborative work environment. Partners with internal teams to create visual communications and promotional materials. Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of communication strategies and engagement activities. Implements process improvements to enhance communication and engagement efforts. Maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Ensures compliance with organizational policies and standards in all communications. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Proven ability to ghost write for C-Suite and develop thought leadership strategies, if applicable [Required]
• Has a strong understanding of communications measurement and evaluation best practices, with a proven track record of adjusting strategies to ensure optimum outcomes and goals are achieved [Required]
• Strong PowerPoint presentation building and delivery skills [Required]
• A skilled project manager, with proven success in leading a high-volume communications portfolio with competing deadlines or clients [Required]
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines, and handles long-range content planning with ease [Required]
• Ability to plan or co-create team member or physician events such as town halls or recognition ceremonies [Required]
• Ability to create or co-create visual communications for team members to include flyers, digital display boards or screensavers [Required]
• Strong computer skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel [Required]
• Strong storyteller or editor in a mass audience publishing setting, using AP Style, with attention to detail [Required]
• Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to avert crisis [Required]
• An active learner versed in the latest in corporate communications and employee engagement trends, if applicable [Required]
• Experience in managing campaigns or projects that leverage a sphere of integrated internal and external strategies including digital content/social media [Required]
• Experience in event planning, or marketing or employee activations [Required]
• Understanding of photography and graphic design principles, and versed in best practices of video storytelling for digital audiences [Required]
• An active learner versed in the latest in corporate communications and employee engagement trends, if applicable [Preferred]

Field of Study:
• in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or related field
Work Experience:
• 2+ years related experience [Required]
• 6+ experience in a multidisciplinary communications or marketing team in a large organization [Required]
• 6-10 years of people management experience [Preferred]
• Experience managing high-performing communications professionals and providing strategic guidance, coaching, and feedback [Preferred]
• Corporate Communications experience at large organization [Preferred]
• Planning and activating events for media, consumers or employees [Preferred]

Pay Range:
$96,266.14 - $179,045.63
