Job Description:
$12.500 Sign on Bonus/ $3000 relocation for eligible candidates
Only external hires are eligible for Sign On Bonuses.
AdventHealth In-House and Facility Transfers are NOT eligible for Sign on Bonuses.
12 Month contract required.
Must be hired into a full-time position.
Rehires that are less than 12 months from separation date are NOT eligible.
Assesses and diagnoses patient and family need to provide quality care.
Develops and communicates a plan of care for each patient in collaboration with the patient, family, and significant others. Implements medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using necessary skills and judgment.
Evaluates identified problems, care provided, and patient responses to ensure overall quality of care.
Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided. Pursues professional growth and development, maintaining current knowledge, certification, and licensure per hospital policy.

Education:
• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
Work Experience:
• 1+ years related experience [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Preferred]
• Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS) [Preferred]
• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) [Preferred]
• Hip and Knee Replacement (HKR) [Preferred]
Pay Range:
$32.76 - $57.47
