Insight Global Project Manager in Orlando, Florida
Job Description
- This person will support the execution and delivery for one of Insight Global's clients within the Aviation Industry. This role is responsible for translating program strategy into actionable plans, timelines, milestones, and follow through across multiple cross functional teams. This person will operate as a delivery partner, driving structure, accountability, and momentum in a fast paced and often ambiguous environment. The role requires strong analytical skills, comfort influencing stakeholders, and the ability to surface risks, challenge assumptions, and recommend next steps while escalating appropriately. This role is not customer.
This role will:
· Drive cross-functional execution across Marketing, IT, Digital, and Operations
· Lead pilot launch in July and full launch by October
· Oversee training and rollout to 900 frontline team members
· Manage change management and post-launch stabilization
Bring structure, milestone tracking, and accountability to both the new tier and ongoing Bravo improvements

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (business, engineering, etc.) or equivalent professional experience within launching or scaling loyalty programs (airline, hotel, travel, hospitality, etc.)
Demonstrated experience managing cross functional projects or programs in a fast paced, matrixed environment
Experience supporting commercial, operational, or enterprise-wide initiatives preferred
Experience working within large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities preferred
Experience suing Microsoft Office Suites, and Project Management platforms such as Monday.com PMP Certification
