Signature Aviation Product Manager, Safety & Operations Excellence in Orlando, Florida

As the Safety & Operations Excellence Product Manager at Signature Aviation, you will play a pivotal role in leading the entire lifecycle of safety-related products, from initial conception through to execution and ongoing support. As a strategic leader in product management, this role will drive innovative solutions that enhance safety and operational efficiency while also ensuring these products meet the highest industry standards. This role will develop an enterprise product roadmap that aligns with the organizational goals and engage cross-functional stakeholders to enhance these products collaboratively.

  • Lead and guide the direction of defining the vision and strategy of safety products.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.

  • Develop a product roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and customer needs across the enterprise.

  • Lead the product development process, from ideation through design, testing, and launch.

  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on stakeholder feedback, market trends, and business objectives.

  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the enterprise to manage relationships and meet customer needs.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, fostering strong communication across departments.

  • Partner with operational leaders to implement data-driven solutions that streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

  • Showcase analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making and inform product strategies.

  • Ensure that all products meet industry standards and regulatory compliance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the enterprise to collect requirements and feedback.

  • Present product updates, strategy, and performance metrics to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Drive organizational change by providing training and ongoing support to improve safety and operational efficiency.

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, with a focus on safety, operations, or aviation industry preferred.

Additional knowledge and skills:

  • Experience in product development processes and lifecycle management.

  • Excellent analytics, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex requirements and product updates for diverse stakeholders.
