A company in Orlando, FL is seeking a HVAC Technician / Facilities Maintenance Technician for a contract role with potential to go full‑time. This position focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of facility systems—including HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, structural, and fire‑life safety systems. Free onsite parking is provided.
Interviews include a virtual first round , followed by an in‑person second round .

Work Environment
This role is based in Orlando, FL, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm. The work environment includes high visibility client-facing interactions, requiring professional conduct and customer service skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $33.00/hr.
