If you love engaging with guests, sharing fun facts, and creating memorable experiences, this is your chance to step into the spotlight at Madame Tussauds Orlando.
As a Seasonal Museum Education Host, you’ll help bring the attraction to life by connecting with guests of all ages—especially students, families, and school groups. You’ll help deliver educational programs, guide guests through immersive experiences, and ensure every visitor leaves with unforgettable memories.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys storytelling, guest interaction, and creating engaging learning experiences in a fun, fast-paced attraction environment ?.

Qualifications & Experience
? Key Responsibilities
? Deliver Fun & Engaging Learning Experiences
Develop and deliver educational programs for guests of all ages using museum exhibits and collections.
Create engaging experiences for youth groups, families, and school audiences.
Maintain and update audio tours, scripts, and educational materials.
Build and maintain relationships with regional schools and educational groups.
? Create Unforgettable Guest Experiences
Guide guests through the attraction while delivering engaging storytelling and product knowledge.
Maintain a guest-obsessed approach that creates memorable visits and encourages repeat visitation.
Ensure guests have an exciting, safe, and immersive experience throughout the attraction.
? Support Attraction Operations
Help manage guest flow and resolve batching or crowd issues without breaking the “magic” of the experience.
Support a variety of guest-facing roles across the attraction, including:
Guest Experience Host
Costume Character Walk Host
Assist with front desk duties, special events, and other operational needs.
? Education & Experience
Required Qualifications
Previous experience working in a museum, zoo, aquarium, nature center, or science center.
Experience in guest service, attractions, entertainment, or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication and storytelling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in customer service, commercial sales, rides and attractions, or guest experience roles.
Passion for working with learners of all ages, especially youth and school groups.
Energetic, enthusiastic personality with a love for engaging guests.
