A residential community is seeking a Bilingual Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform daily preventative and corrective maintenance across buildings, common areas, and equipment. This full‑time role supports a large, active property and requires strong troubleshooting skills, leadership ability, and bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with gate system repair is preferred and will be considered a strong asset.
Pool maintenance experience is preferred, including basic knowledge of pool systems and upkeep.
Experience as a Facilities Maintenance Technician or similar role in residential or property management environments.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when documenting maintenance work and completing checklists.

Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site role based at a large, active residential property in Florida. The schedule runs from Tuesday to Saturday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, providing a stable afternoon and evening shift. You will work both indoors and outdoors in common areas, mechanical spaces, and around building exteriors, performing tasks such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, general repair, and pool support. The environment is hands-on and fast-paced, with frequent use of tools and equipment for troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance. You will collaborate closely with a team of four maintenance technicians and interact regularly with property staff and residents while adhering to safety protocols and property standards for appearance and professionalism.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
