Responsibilities for a Customer Service Intern – Intern include but are not limited to:
· Perform technical and administrative support tasks following established procedures and service guidelines
· Assist qualified staff with daily operations, including troubleshooting and resolving routine technical inquiries
· Utilize standard software packages and systems to complete assigned tasks and maintain accurate records
· Deliver customer service support to internal and external clients, ensuring service levels are met
Candidates for Customer Service Intern must meet the following requirements to be considered:
· 3-year vocational training plus 3 years of practical experience in a related technical or customer service field
· Basic knowledge of technical processes, procedures, and systems in office, production, or lab environments
· Ability to follow standardized processes and adapt to routine and non-complex problem-solving situations

· Shift: Monday- Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $20.68 per hour
