Position Announcement
Utah Valley University offers adjunct instructors in K-12 Education Leadership the chance to shape the next generation of school leaders in a setting that values practical expertise as much as academic rigor. In this role, you'll guide graduate students-whether they're pursuing a master's degree or a state-approved licensure certificate-through the theories, frameworks, and real-world applications that define effective educational leadership today. Your background in administration and leadership becomes a catalyst for helping emerging leaders build confidence, sharpen judgment, and prepare for the complex demands of modern schools.
What makes this opportunity compelling is UVU's commitment to accessible, high-quality education and its strong connection to the communities it serves. Adjunct instructors join a collaborative environment where professional experience is respected, teaching is student-centered, and innovation is encouraged. If you're looking for a meaningful way to extend your impact beyond your own school or district, this role lets you invest in future administrators who will carry forward the values and practices that strengthen K-12 education.
