Our Construction Division is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support project delivery from pre-construction through closeout. What You\'ll Do Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project management activities from pre-construction through closeout Track project schedules, milestones, change orders, and budget variances Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants Assist with reviewing subcontractor pay applications and invoices Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and logs Support procurement of materials and equipment Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action items What You\'ll Bring Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience 1-3 years of experience in a similar construction or project support role Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project Ability to work in our Oregon, WI office, with travel to sites as needed Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: \$80,000 - \$105,000 annually Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 6% company match 18 days of paid time off 11.5 paid holidays Short- and long-term disability Paid parental leave Lifestyle spending accounts and additional benefits If you\'re excited to grow your career in construction project management and contribute to high-quality projects, we encourage you to apply today.
