    Position Summary

    We are seeking staff to work with at-risk youth. We take pride in our structured program that focuses on changing a client's behaviors, thinking patterns, and values. Our program primarily focuses on implementing behavioral changes to assist with a successful reintegration into the home, family, and community.

    The Assistant Late Night Supervisor assists the Late Night Supervisor with leadership responsibilities during the overnight shift. The position is responsible for the operations and management of a designated facility, ensuring the provision of the highest quality of service to the clients by creating an atmosphere that is safe, respectful and positive for all.

    Shifts Available

    Position located in Orefield, PA Full Time, 11PM-7AM Weekends are required

    Qualifications (Education, Training and Experience):

  • Associate's Degree or 60 credits with 3 years of direct care experience, OR a Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of direct care experience is required.

  • Experience working with children / adolescents required.

  • Supervisory experience preferred.

  • Possess, exhibit, and maintain competency in dealing with youth.

  • Must possess basic personal computer knowledge and skills.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Valid driver's license, SCM certification, CPR/First Aid certification required.

  • Must have the ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, flexible hours, and overtime as required.
