Valley County Health System Home Health & Hospice has a full-time position available for a Registered Nurse. This position will serve Howard and Sherman county and surrounding areas. This is a day position and is also a great opportunity to be a part of a fantastic care team!
JOB SUMMARY: The Home Health & Hospice RN provides care to patients in their home setting. The RN completes skilled nursing visits and provides education to patients and their family.
A current Nebraska Registered Nurse license and valid driver's license are required. Previous Home Health experience is preferred but not required.
REQUIREMENTS: • Demonstrated safe and appropriate care within the standards of practice • Experience with computers • Independent problem-solving skills and self-directed work experience • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
