Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Landscaping Laborers / Grounds Maintenance Technicians for projects located in the Orchard Park, NY area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $17-$22/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Perform installation and routine grounds maintenanceOperate lawn mowers and weed whackers (string trimmers)Spreading mulch, topsoil, gravel, and stone
Planting shrubs, flowers, and greenery
Assist with grading, leveling, and bed preparation
Edge beds, trim vegetation, pull weeds, and general property upkeep
Use basic hand tools and landscaping equipment
Load/unload materials and maintain clean job sites
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Requirements:
Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred
Experience using mowers, weed whackers, blowers, or hedge trimmers
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation to Orchard Park job sites
Strong work ethic and punctuality
Steel-toed boots preferred
