Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Developer to support customization, development, testing, and production support activities for Oracle ERP Finance and Supply Chain modules. The role involves hands-on development using Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, and Workflows, along with support for SIT, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare.
This role will work closely with functional and business stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality technical solutions in an Oracle EBS environment.
Technical Design & Development
- Collaborate with functional teams to analyze requirements and produce technical design documents for Oracle EBS customizations.
- Design, develop, and unit test:
- Oracle Forms
- Oracle Reports / BI Publisher
- PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers
- Oracle Workflow / AME components
- Develop and enhance custom objects while adhering to Oracle EBS best practices and coding standards.
Module Support (Finance & Supply Chain)
- Provide technical development and support across the following Oracle EBS modules:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Inventory (INV)
- Order Management (OM)
- Purchasing / Procurement (PO)
- Quality
- E-BTax
- Oracle Applications / Sysadmin components
- Troubleshoot cross-module issues and data flow dependencies.
Testing & Deployment Support
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
- Defect analysis and resolution
- Data fixes and validation scripts
- Assist with production deployments, including:
- Migration of custom objects
- Post-deployment validation
- Issue resolution during cutover
Production & Hypercare Support
- Provide hypercare support following production releases.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues related to custom EBS components.
- Work with functional teams to perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
The compensation range for this position varies between $25,000 and $41,000 per year.

Skills and Requirements
Core Technical Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS Technical Development experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- PL/SQL
- Oracle Forms
- Oracle Reports / BI Publisher
- Oracle Workflow Builder
- Solid understanding of Oracle EBS R12 architecture and data model.
Functional & Module Knowledge
- Proven experience supporting Finance and Supply Chain modules, including GL, AP, AR, OM, PO, and INV.
- Experience working with EBTax configurations and related customizations is strongly preferred.
- Ability to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Production Support Experience
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and production environments.
- Prior involvement in production deployments and post-go-live hypercare.
- Strong debugging and issue-resolution skills in live environments. - Experience with Oracle EBS R12.x environments.
- Exposure to performance tuning of SQL and concurrent programs.
- Experience working in offshore delivery models with global stakeholders.
- Prior experience in fixed-capacity or managed services engagements.
