Now Hiring: Machine Operator & Assembler – 1st Shift
Shift: First Shift 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Second Shift 3P-11PM 1.00 shift premium
Third Shift-M-F 11p-7a
Pay rate: $17.73 - $18.73
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for two open positions :
Machine Operator
Assembler
Both roles support our manufacturing operations and require a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
Position 1: Machine Operator – 1st Shift
Responsibilities
Operate conventional and CNC production machines, including winders, milling machines, drill presses, broaches, lathes, saws, grinders, and welders.
Perform sanding, deburring, and finishing operations to meet quality standards.
Understand material hardness, cutting tools, speeds and feeds, coolant requirements, and machining techniques.
Inspect parts and monitor machine performance to ensure quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience as a CNC Machinist or Machine Operator, or in a similar role.
Familiarity with CNC machines and controls.
Preferred:
2–4 years of machining experience.
Solid understanding of CNC programming and machining techniques.
Welding knowledge.
Manufacturing environment experience.
Position 2: Assembler – 1st Shift
Responsibilities
Under close supervision, assemble drain cleaning equipment, small hand tools, machines, and related products according to specifications.
Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies and sub‑assemblies, including operations using drill presses and hydraulic presses.
Read and interpret blueprints, printed instructions, and electrical wiring diagrams.
Perform testing and inspection of finished products and document results.
Complete additional duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor and/or Set‑Up personnel.
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions.
Ability to maintain basic records and reports.
Experience using measuring instruments and hand tools.

Physical ability to stand, walk, and work on the manufacturing floor for up to 8 hours per shift.
