USAP in Northeast Florida is seeking a 1099 PRN Physician to assist with Weekend Home Call Coverage- 48 Hour Home call, $350/hr for 20 hour guarantee + $300/hr for hours worked after 20 hours.

48 hour weekend HOME CALL
7am Saturday - 7am Monday
Must be within 30 minutes of AdventHealth Fish Memorial, and 1 hour from AdventHealth Deland.
$7,000 flat rate, $300/hr for time worked over 20 hours
$350/hr for 20 hours (guaranteed 20).
$300/hr for any hours worked over 20 in a weekend period.

Fish
General, Ortho, and some Neuro
Deland
General, GI, and Ortho

Qualifications
All USAP Anesthesiologists must be either an M.D. or D.O. with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program.
Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology
Anesthesiologist must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges
