Amergis Urgently Hiring Classroom Behavior Technicians - Paying up to $27/hr in Orange, California
Hourly Pay: $23–$27 | Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available

Position Overview
As a School-Based Behavior Technician, you will:
Provide one-on-one behavioral support to students in public and private school environments
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and report data on student progress using ABA therapy techniques
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors
Promote positive behavior, communication, and social-emotional development
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Minimum 6 months of experience providing ABA therapy (required)
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (preferred)
Reliable transportation to school sites throughout Orange County
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
