Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sr. Administrative Assistant to join our team in Orange, California. This contract position with the potential for a long-term opportunity offers the chance to support various administrative and operational functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating conference calls.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, while ensuring all travel documents are in order.
• Oversee the preparation and processing of import and export documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service, demonstrating professionalism and urgency.
• Assist in maintaining organized records, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
• Facilitate the preparation and management of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure alignment on administrative and operational priorities.
• Support trade show planning and other company events by coordinating logistics and materials.
• Identify and escalate any administrative or operational issues, working to implement effective resolutions.
• Perform general office duties such as scanning, filing, and maintaining document control. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; advanced Excel skills are a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with handling import/export documentation and processes is preferred.
• Demonstrates a proactive attitude, accountability, and a strong sense of urgency.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience. TalentMatch®
