Role Overview

A well‑established environmental consulting firm in Orange County is seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to lead investigation and remediation projects while actively mentoring staff and maintaining high technical standards.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on PM who enjoys being deeply involved in the work, collaborating in an office‑centric environment, and supporting the development of junior and mid‑level team members. Work Environment & Expectations

  • Onsite, office‑based role — 4–5 days per week required

  • No hybrid or remote option

  • Collaborative, team‑oriented office culture

  • Field work is limited and focused on leadership, oversight, and training

  • Candidates must be realistic and comfortable with a daily Orange County commute

What Success Looks Like

  • High‑quality technical deliverables and well‑run projects

  • Visible mentorship and support of staff in the office

  • Consistent presence and engagement with the team

  • Strong ownership of projects and follow‑through

  • Ability to balance leadership with hands‑on technical involvement

Compensation & Benefits
