School-Based Behavior Technician (ABA) – Orange County
$23–$27 per hour | Full-Time & Part-Time | Monday–Friday School Hours
We are hiring School-Based Behavior Technicians to provide ABA support to students with autism and behavioral needs in public and private schools across Orange County, CA. This role is ideal for candidates seeking experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), special education, and behavioral health services.
Job Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students during the school day
Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
Collect and record data using ABA therapy procedures
Support students’ communication, social-emotional, and behavioral skills
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors
Maintain professionalism and consistency across school environments
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
6+ months of ABA experience (required)
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (preferred)
Reliable transportation to school sites across Orange County
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Compensation & Benefits
$23–$27 per hour, based on experience and education
Daytime Monday–Friday schedule aligned with school hours
