As a Customer Project Manager in our Diagnostics Division, you will join a culture built on precision, partnership, and a shared commitment to excellence. Based in the Greater Toronto Area, this field-based role empowers you to lead the seamless integration of complex medical solutions into hospital environments across the region.
You will own a diverse portfolio of high-stakes, long-term projects, using your expertise to prevent installation delays and ensure the future of diagnostics through meticulous planning and execution. Strategic Leadership
Championing our project methodology by providing the frameworks and tools necessary to secure top-quality results and reinforce our market-leading reputation.
Bridging the gap between the customer, the contract, and the physical implementation, leading every initiative to successful completion.
Aligning business practices across all involved areas by promoting and sharing a consistent project management methodology.
Driving continuous improvement momentum within the Project Management Office to keep our processes at the cutting edge.
Operational Excellence
Reporting on the entire implementation portfolio, delivering critical status updates on timelines, milestones, and project phases from initiation to closure.
Developing tailored communication tools that meet the unique requirements of both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Empowering fellow managers by sharing essential project plans, schedules, and accountability tools for smaller-scale executions.
Utilizing performance management and capacity planning tools to provide the data foundation for our strategic and operational decisions.
Executing all administrative and support tasks essential to the seamless delivery of your projects.
Who You Are:
You hold a Bachelor’s degree and a recognized Project Management certification (PMP), or are currently pursuing one.
You are experienced with over 7 years working within Diagnostic Healthcare.
You bring extensive lab-specific Project Management knowledge and experience, bringing deep industry expertise to the team.
You demonstrate a high level of self-organization and technical proficiency in project management software and digital tools.
Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset for this role.
You possess superior communication and people management skills, with a proven ability to work autonomously in a field-based role requiring at least 20% travel.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Toronto is 90,312.00 and 118,534.50 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors as determined by the company.
