CPM is looking for a Aftermarket Territory Manager, who will be responsible for managing the sales and distribution of Aftermarket parts and products. This role involves managing customer relationships, delivering customer service, developing sales plans, and driving sales growth. The Territory Manager - Aftermarket also is responsible for developing sales strategies, monitoring sales activity, responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Annual Salary : $130,000 +based on experience.
Required Qualifications:
2 or 4 year degree in business or technical discipline preferred
Minimum of 4 years work-related skill, knowledge, or experience
Strong customer service skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of parts inventory control
Knowledge of animal feed manufacturing a plus

Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies for Aftermarket parts sales
Maintain relationships with existing clients and attract new customers
Monitor and analyze Aftermarket parts sales performance and trends
Travel throughout the designated territory on a regular basis to cultivate leads
Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events
Maintain up-to-date information on CPM’s services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions
Oversee inventory management and stock control
Ensure staff and clients are supported on the use, operation and maintenance of equipment
Prepare and deliver sales reports
Provide customer service, technical support and resolve customer complaints
