ODEN Evolve and Resolve | Administrative Coordinator (Healthcare & Client Services) in Ontario, Canada
Part-Time | $20–$27/hr | In-Person with Hybrid Flexibility

About the Role
You will support daily operations, client communication, scheduling, data management, and basic bookkeeping. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, professional yet warm in their communication style, and experienced in admin work within a healthcare environment.
What You’ll Do
• Manage scheduling, communication, and daily office operations
• Provide client support by phone, email, and in person
• Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office + CRM tools
• Assist with invoicing, expenses, and QuickBooks
• Support event coordination and creation of marketing materials
• Contribute to special projects and workflow improvements
• Comply with privacy, record-keeping, and intake procedures (including maintaining a recent
Vulnerable Sector Check)
What You Bring
• 2+ years in client-facing administrative roles (healthcare experience preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Experience with QuickBooks, CRM systems, and event coordination (asset)
• Driver’s license or reliable transportation (for outreach or client-related tasks)
• A deep respect for privacy and an ethical commitment to protecting sensitive client information at all times
• Attention to detail, adaptability to changing priorities and needs, and the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement
